This Week In Class
This week in class, I have learned about Human Resourses Planning and hiring. The thing that I have found most interesting is the Job analization processes that take place within a company. I have found by looking at company processes that Job analysis is a very important process to make sure employees know exactly what they are supposed to do in their jobs. It also helps employers to understand exactly what kind of people they need to hire in order to fullfill a job requirement. The hiring process can also be extremely difficult within a company especially if there are so many candidates who have similar qualifications, the job descriptions can help narrow those candidates down.

What I learned This week in class
This week I learned alot which is good for me! I learned significantly alot about ADA and similar equal opportunity acts that companies have to uphold. What I find significantly interesting is the similarities between all the legal restrictions and laws that the government has set up to protect employees from their employers to ensure their jobs. I have taken this information and have been able to relate due to my own job. I currently work at Costco and all of our warehouses throughout the nation are under the California labor laws as well as any other buisness laws that they pass. Due to this it is very hard to get fired and or discrimintated within the company. As we talk in class I am able to see all these processes and can put an actual action to them which is so nice and it is easier to learn all the concepts.
